What Mota reviews
- Identity information through an approved verification provider.
- A current driver’s licence submitted by the driver.

- Photos of the car inside and out, so only clean cars are listed.
- The public profile before approval.
The clean car standard
Comfort should not be a gamble. Every car is reviewed inside and out before it goes live, and a car that is dirty, damaged or poorly kept is not approved. After a trip you can tell us privately if a car was not clean, and listings that fall below the standard are removed.

What Mota does not guarantee
Mota is a marketplace, not the transport operator. Drivers are independent and riders arrange trips directly with them. Use your own judgement and leave any situation that does not feel right.
