These terms apply when riders and independent drivers use Mota.
Mota’s role
Mota provides listings, verification information and communication tools. Mota is not a transport operator, does not employ drivers, does not dispatch trips, does not set fares and is not a party to the trip arrangement.
Your responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect your account, communicate respectfully and check that the person and vehicle match the profile. Drivers are responsible for valid licences, documents and safe operation of their vehicles.
Access and removal
Mota may suspend or remove accounts and listings that fail verification, present a safety concern or breach these terms.
